My work consists of a wide variety of legal and business-related issues within commercial contracts, mergers and acquisitions and disputes. Over the years I have had the privilege of assisting both Swedish and foreign companies and authorities in various legal work, from writing simple contracts to complex transactions and disputes in courts and arbitrations. In recent years, my focus has increasingly leaned towards dispute resolution while still advising on business law on an everyday basis.
