During my active years, I have advised Swedish and foreign companies in general business law issues. I have acquired a broad experience of writing, reviewing and negotiating agreements in both Swedish and English. My role at Sigeman & Co covers a broad spectrum of business law, ranging from complex agreements regarding collaborations and business transfer to general business advice. I have extensive experience of real estate and construction law and as counsel in court and arbitration proceedings.

I have been working at Sigeman & Co since 1994, as a member of the Swedish Bar Association since 1997 and as a partner at the firm since 2001. I enjoy sharing my knowledge in other forums and I am often invited as a speaker.
